I got myself a subscription, because I now have a creditcard! Oh, and my birthday was on Feb. 16th, so I am now 15 years old (one of the rules in Denmark, is that you can get a Visa Electron when you're 12, so DK rocks). ^_^
I went and saw The Missing on Friday. It was surprisingly good. I was expecting it to be dull, and boring. But it was both well acted and well put together. And the score was great. I highly recommend it.
I've been spending a lot of time on
www.arto.dk . It's a nice place, but I wish people would stop typing LiKe ThIs. X_x It takes a long time to read. And if someone has written a lot that way, I'm not going to bother read it.
I've also been spending a lot of time on
www.narniaweb.com . I can hardly wait for the cast to be announced. The Narnia films will surely be marvelous. Unless the crew focuses too much on CGI, and forgets to put the films well together. The books make wonderful stories, but the films can easily turn into a bunch of nonsense. Let's hope not.
Another place I've been checking out regularly, is the message board for The Last Unicorn motion picture (
uk.imdb.com/title/tt0314301/bo…). We're all eager to find out who would play Lady Amelthea and Lír. Those two characters don't seem to have been cast yet. This the cast so far:
Christopher Lee as King Haggard
Mia Farrow as Molly Grue
Angela Lansbury as Mommy Fortuna
Rene Auberjonois as Captain Cully and voice of the Skull (voice)
Jonathan Rhys-Meyers as Schmendrick
The cast is pretty well cast, so I trust they will find a good Amelthea and Lír.
